Mixed feelings about this
The location near the Vatican is fantastic. Staff were helpful, assisting us even during a late arrival without luggage.

The place is perfect and clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with a weight watchers breakfast. Glad to have a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The setting is great, it's near to Near oh the Vatican, a very near cafe, including a croissant and a hot drink, and other tourist spots. It is close to Il Ragno d'oro, where you can eat something...

We loved the location, an ideal starting point for our long walks near the Vatican. The owner, so personable, provided amazing tips on local gems and family-friendly activities.
A small wait sometimes made it tricky after a long day out.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking to the Vatican or most of the other sites in central Rome. There is Metro station close by.
There is no air conditioning, which makes it hot during the summer. The room is roughly what you could expect from budget hotel. Not any extras.

The staff were fantatsic, they were so friendly and helpful. We were running the marathon and they let us use their kitchen to make our porridge on the morning of the race. They also shared their favourite pizza place with us. The location is brilliant, right near vatican city and great shopping. 2 miles from the Colesseum.
Bathroom was basic but clean.

It was the perfect spot for visiting the Vatican and strolling the lovely streets filled with shops and cafes. The breakfast included was good, and the room was comfy. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Can't wait to come back!
The only downside was the thin walls. Sometimes we could hear our neighbors a bit too clearly, which could be a concern if you're a light sleeper.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was just a short walk from the Vatican and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could occasionally hear our neighbors, it didn't take away from our experience. We loved the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail in our room.

I stayed in this hotel fro 2 nights. Firstly, I choose it because of price and fact that when I'm on trips hotels are just place for sleeping. Anyway, what I liked the most are the stuff. I had thousand of questions and they were so nice to answer it. I loved location, it's just near the Vatican and close to bus and metro station. Room is very big and I loved design.I loved breakfast as well and thing that is in nearby cafe which helps you to feel Italy itself.View is nice.
If you choose this hotel you must know that firstly it's pension. I have complains about bathroom cause it's really small, not so clean and you have only shower up all other facilities. The big one, with bath tub is common. Street can be very very noisy and if you are sensitive on that during sleep, it can be problem.
